This area is seriously an amazing place to ride. The roads and scenery are just fantastic. This was on the way back to base camp after leaving North Lake Tahoe.
Finally got to see a bit of the Lake! 
Back at base, many of the riders had come back from their day trips, and started getting ready for a BBQ that the organizers planned at a local park. They really did a great job to make us all feel welcome, and took care of us all the way. 
The mighty KTM 1190 Adventure R. Two words: Friggin' Sweet.
Well, the few days of riding went by quick, and it was time to head back to the Bay Area. I' so glad I got a chance to participate in this year's ride, and it was great to recount everyone's ride tales for the days before. Bikes were dropped and wheelies were popped - all in a days' work for ADV Addicts. Will definitely be back next year, hopefully for the whole ride.
