1. New Kawasaki KLR650

2. 2RideTheWorld: New Bikes
After riding around the world for something like 400,000 miles, Simon and Lisa Thomas from 2RideTheWorld got some new bikes! Now riding on the latest machinery from BMW, Simon and Lisa's new rides were featured at the SENA booth.

3. REV'IT! #95
After first reading about this project bike build on Silodrome a while ago, I was stoked to finally see this bike in person. It started out life as a KTM 950 Super Enduro, and was fitted with a Christini 2-wheel drive system and a bunch of other custom parts to make it extreme adventure capable.Even though the tank is huge, somehow the bike doesn't look or feel big.

4. New Motoz Tractionator Adventure Tires
The latest tire from the Aussie tire company is the highly anticipated Tractionator Adventure. These are in the final testing to determine the compound. As they explained this will not be a 100% natural rubber tire like some of their other offerings, because they want a formula that provides longevity and extended wear. This may get released as early as the end of this year, but most likely will be a January 2016 launch.

5. Giant Loop Moto
It was great to meet Harold from Giant Loop at the show, and get his insights on the ADV industry! They are now branching off into providing products for snowmobiles, which is a natural crossover. As we say in Silicon Valley, "Innovate or Die" so it's important to keep evolving. At ADV Addicts, we're also looking forward at our next generation of apparel and products.

6. Bikes & Boards
Apparently this is a thing now. Again, an evolutionary course I think: Dual Sport becomes Triple Sport, so on-road, off-road, and surf. We're definitely seeing more of these rigs in the ADV community. We'll be looking into designing some surf shorts for our next collection!

Well, there was a lot more to see and experience at AIMExpo, and we'll have to save that for another post. Hope to see you next year!
